Amstetten is the economic centre of the Mostviertel region with 100,000 inhabitants. The well-established retail park on the highly frequented B121 (corner of Carl-Benz-Strasse) was converted and partially rebuilt in 2020.
In addition to the modernisation of existing shops such as dm drogerie markt, Takko and Shoe4You, it was also possible to attract Betten Reiter and Action to the location and to expand the retail mix.
