The perfect location conditions have made it possible to develop a brand new type of centre, which, in many areas, is based on the qualities of good old department stores. In this sense, it is highly innovative, but also a return to the past. HEY! is personal, clear and very cosy. We are particularly proud of the Steinecker family’s wonderful department store with more than 50 top fashion brands from Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein to Hugo Boss. The gastronomic highlight is the successful Italian restaurant concept L’Osteria.
