The building complex at Alpenstrasse 92-94 / Otto Holzbauer Strasse 2, in Salzburg known as the "Frey property", was redeveloped and constructed by the Rutter Real Estate Group. The former Merkur market (now Billa Plus) which has been successful at this location for more than 30 years, was enlarged and expanded to include a gastronomic experience. In the building located directly on the Alpenstrasse, the successful low-budget design hotel chain "Motel-One" opened its first hotel in Austria. Customers have access to 218 parking spaces in the courtyard and in the underground car park.
