Only 200 meters from Vienna's city limits and located right on the B3, a modern shopping centre with 16 shops has been built. The extremely attractive mix of trades comprises the brands Hofer, Billa Plus, Billa Restaurant, Libro, dm, Deichmann, Fussl, New Yorker, C & A, Fressnapf, Tchibo / Eduscho and Roma, complemented by a pharmacy. The catchment area extends over the Greater Marchfeld area, as well as over large parts of the fast-growing 22nd district of Vienna.
The opening took place on August 26, 2010.
