The EUCO Center is a retail icon and has shaped the cityscape of Wolfsberg since 1972. The building's success story is closely linked to the extraordinary performance of family businesses, who, together with their employees, have made the EUCO the leading center for trade, gastronomy and services in the Lavanttal. Currently, eight of the 12 businesses in the EUCO are run by families.
The Rutter Immobilien Group renovated the building in 2024 and relocated the LAVANTY restaurant, dm drogerie markt, Fressnapf and Sehen Wutscher.
